Competency Programs

Competency-based learning is a methodical approach where employees progress to a higher level of learning based on their ability to demonstrate the necessary skills for a specific role, rather than the duration of time spent on a particular course. Competency Management is not only useful for current roles, but it can also serve as a valuable tool for succession planning and risk mitigation in situations where employees are on planned or unplanned leave, or when they leave the organisation.
